PHILEMON
Philemon is a prestigious man and church leader through Paul's guidance. He is a slave owner dealing with a runaway, Onesimus, who appears to have wronged him. This study will be a journey into topics such as influence, forgiveness, advocacy, prejudice, and how Jesus' Great Commandment to love God and love others as ourselves extends to any and every person we encounter.

As you study the heartfelt words in this letter from the apostle Paul to Philemon, over the course of 4 weeks, we prayerfully and humbly expect to:

-
Help you to recognize your influence as an advocate for someone deserving of a second chance
-
Learn how to forgive others who have caused you hurt in your life
-
Help you identify a mentor to influence change in your life and possibly be an advocate for your future
