Discover your spiritual gifts, needs of the church, and which ministry best fits you to serve in your God-given capacity.
Develop
Complete a volunteer orientation and ministry training to ensure you show up prepared, connected, and confident.
Deploy
Serve at Harvest by fully engaging guests and members to ensure you help grow a thriving ministry.

Serving Opportunities
Administration
Provide tools and resources to ensure that all ministries have what they need to be organized and successful. This includes gathering and reporting data, operations, and finance.

Care & Prayer
Surround and support those in need of spiritual, emotional, relational, and/or physical help as a display of God's unconditional love. This includes prayer, care support, and benevolence.

Connections
Help members and guests feel welcome from the time they arrive at church until the next time they come back. This includes greeters, ushers, parking and cafe attendants, and our Next Steps pathway.

Health & Safety
Maintain a safe and orderly environment during worship services and events. Respond appropriately to concerns and emergencies. This includes medical respondents and safety.

Mobilization
Setup and/or teardown our place of worship to ensure each attendee experiences the presence of God with excellence and without distraction. This includes chairs, pipe and drape, stage, and signage inside and outside.

Adult Ministries
Provide ways for members and guests to become more like Jesus by moving them from rows to circles. This is includes Bible studies, small groups, and other similar events.

Communications
Engage with people inside and outside our church in memorable ways that point them to God and His people. This is includes marketing, web and graphic design, and social media.

Creative Arts
Create an atmosphere for members and guests to experience the presence of God in a profound way through music, dance, and tech. This includes worship, media (i.e. audio, video, lighting), and performing arts.

Missions & Outreach
Engage local, national, and global efforts to expand the reach of the gospel and bring those outside the church inside the church. This includes mission trips, food distributions, and community events.

Next Gen (Kids & Students)
Develop and disciple the next generation of kids and students to help them reach God’s fullest potential in their lives. This includes teachers, aides, check-in/out, administration, and events.
